What's funny is that I was actually looking forward to this post last week and over the weekend, yet I didn't get around to it on Monday. This past week has been SO crazy. I hope that you'll join me Monday Morning Coffee (on Tuesday).
As you may or may not know, this past week I took some time off from making and shipping orders to work on some new items. I'm not sure how time sometimes feels like it goes fast and sometimes feels like it goes slow when time is a constant. This past week flew by. I had everything planned out that needed to get done and did not get it all done, surprise surprise. I did more done than I would've if I had school and had to set aside time to work on orders. So that's the important thing. This post is starting to turn into a "What's new at BizzyBCrafts" post.
I decided I am going to open a store here on bizzbcrafts.com! You might have noticed there's a new "store" tab up above. The launch weekend was supposed to be next weekend, but that is subject to change based on how much I get done (its a lot of work getting items listed!) and forms I need to fill out. I will keep you guys updated via social media and with a newsletter (if you're not already signed up and want to be, see the contact tab above). I am very excited to become more independent by moving away from Etsy (I will still sell on there for the time being.)
I took some photos last week of some new products and some currently listed items with my friend Tara! I love having friends that are willing to help me out so that I don't have to take photos of strangers. Plus it makes it such a fun afternoon, which you can see more clearly in the photos below.

I'm almost done I swear. Another crazy exciting thing last week was that my turbans were featured on GroopDealz on Wednesday. About a day before the deal I submitted another contract for mini felt bows, picking beginning of April to feature. Well they got back to me and asked if I could feature them Saturday, only three days after my turban deal. I couldn't say no and the results were jaw dropping! I am amazed with how well they did. I am so excited to be getting some extra exposure through a site like that.
If you are still reading, I thank you and also say STOP PROCRASTINATING (I find that every time I am reading someones blog I am procrastinating doing something important. I guess people like me keep blogs alive).
I will leave you with an awesome chicken recipe I made with Jeff on Saturday.
Happy Tuesday! Drink some coffee (or tea)!
